In the middle of a tidal wave of work deadlines and after one of my worst workdays ever I was stopped in my tracks this morning by... a request for a full manuscript of my novel! And it was from an actual agent, not my mum or anyone :o)
Totally over-excited now and completely unable to concentrate on the finer points of Renaissance Art wot I am meant to be researching.
Yippee - it is only a tiny fairy footstep but at least it's in the right direction

Ooooh how exciting! That means you've definitely done something right and, in my experience, if one agent has asked for the full others will follow in time.
Crossing everything you get a "I want to sign you!" phone call very soon. Or equally a "Just make these tiny tweaks and I'll sign you" call (my experience!).
Either way you should be very, very proud of yourself - as my agent told me, they only ask for a full if they see potential and saleability in your book.
That's not a tiny step - that's massive! Well done you - I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for an excellent response.
